Not capy-happy with your purchase? No worries! You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We want you to love your capybara goodies as much as we do!

If we goofed like sending you the wrong item or something defective, we'll cover the return shipping costs, no questions asked! Just shoot us an email at support@capybaragiftshop.com with a photo, and we'll send you a prepaid return label faster than a capybara can dive into water.

Your refund should land back in your account within about four weeks of dropping off your return. Here's the breakdown: 5-10 business days for the package to reach our capy headquarters, 3-5 days for us to inspect and process it, and 5-10 days for your bank to do its thing. Often it's faster our capy crew works quick!

Ready to send something back? Just log into your account, head to "Complete Orders" under the My Account menu, and hit the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll shoot you an email once we've got your return and processed your refund. Easy peasy, capy-style!

Quick note: Personalized items, final sale goodies, and digital downloads can't be returned, but we're sure you'll love them anyway!
